Writing original material since the age of 15, Brandon Scott, is a L.A. based performer in the style of Queens of the Stoneage, Iggy Pop, and Patti Smith.
A member of his high school poetry club, and young assistant director of a community play, he excelled as a student of the arts. He attended Musicians Institute in Hollywood, where he earned an AA degree in “Professional Vocal Performance” and was given overwhelming positive feedback from respected instructors such as Mike Campbell (Department Head of MI’s Vocal Program for 7+ years).
He also completed the Independent Artist Program at MI.
Brandon is currently in the studio recording his debut “Heretic” with his band, “Skin Trade,” a high voltage group heavily influenced by punk, blues, and performance art. “Heretic.” is scheduled for release in mid-May 2010.
